Some finance options will offer a "statement of account" (SOA) that shows an up-do-date view of your funded amounts, fees, repayment amounts and dates).

To access this statement:

  • Check email communications from FlipPay to you for a link to the SOA for that agreement

  • Check the customer portal - the same link will be present

  • Check the merchant portal - the same link will be present

Anyone who can see that link can tap it to generate and download a PDF copy of the SOA, as at "today".

While most agreements have fixed repayment terms, some may have variable fees added or if you've requested a change or extension, your repayable amount may have changes since you activated the agreement. In any case, it's best to retrieve the latest SOA when you need one.

If you're not sure about following a link in an email, contact us directly and we'll provide you with a current SOA.
