If you decide to take up a finance option with FlipPay, we'll typically require a verified Australian mobile phone number and email address.

We ask for these details so we can communicate with you about your agreement and enable TFA (two-factor authentication) on your account.

Contact us if you need to change these details on an active agreement.

Verify a mobile

If you're required to verify your mobile number, the payment page you're viewing will ask you to enter your number and trigger a code to be sent to you.

You'll receive an SMS from FlipPay containing a code - copy/paste that code to the payment page to verify your mobile number.

Verify an email address

If you're required to verify your email address, the payment page will ask you to enter your email address and trigger a code to be emailed to you.

Check your email (it may take a minute, check your spam folder too!), you'll see an email from FlipPay containing a code - copy/paste that code to the payment page to verify your email address.
